Add vegetables to one meal
- The plan
- When I make lunch, I'll add a handful of vegetables.
- How you'll know
- Most lunches this week had something green or orange on the plate.
Why
The WHO amount for fruit and vegetables is at least 400 g a day WHO, 2026. Adding to a meal you already eat is easier than planning a new one.
If it doesn't fit
Pick the meal you eat at home most often instead, or keep frozen vegetables for days with no time.
