Walk after a meal
- The plan
- When I finish lunch, I'll walk for 10 minutes before sitting back down (my example).
- How you'll know
- Most days this week had a walk after a meal.
Why
Some activity is better than none World Health Organization, 2020. Ten minutes after lunch, five days a week, already covers part of the WHO's 150 to 300 minutes (my example).
If it doesn't fit
Walk while you take a phone call, or get off one stop early.
