Two hours outside this week
- The plan
- When I plan my weekend, I'll pick one walk somewhere green or by the water.
- How you'll know
- Two hours outside this week, in any split.
Why
People who spent at least 120 minutes a week in nature were more likely to report good health and wellbeing, and it didn't matter how the time was split up White and colleagues, 2019. It's a survey, so it shows a link, not a cause.
If it doesn't fit
Eat lunch outside, or take a call on a walk.
